Unique to any location I have photographed, Celeste and Jonathan picked a spot that has a special place in both their hearts. An old 4-wheel-drive road took us out to the backwoods of Deming, and eventually came to a beautiful opening right on the Nooksack River. Celeste and her family came here frequently to camp when she was a child, and it is also where Jonathan proposed. The ceremony was short and heartfelt, with only their closest friends and family in attendance. For the reception, we made the trip out to Totem Terrace in Ferndale. Celeste and Jonathan were very laid back throughout the day, and I even got a chance to snap a few shots of them on a swingset!
I have had the pleasure of working with Eric and Courtney since May when I took their engagement photos. They are a a very fun and loving couple! The family and friends were all so supportive too, and it really made for a positive vibe throughout the entire wedding. The “Getting Ready” photos were taken at the Chrysalis in Fairhaven, then we hopped in a stretch limo and headed off to the Bellingham Golf and Country Club where the ceremony and reception took place. Despite forecasts calling for rain, the weather turned out to be perfect, and made for some great lighting throughout the evening. Congratulations Eric and Courtney!

WOW what a stunning wedding! These two spent countless hours planning every last detail of this wedding, and it definitely shows. The “Getting Ready” photos were taken at the Sandcastle in Birch Bay, then we hopped in a stretch limo to take some family photos on the beach. The wedding reception took place at Patrick’s parents’ house, tucked away in the woods. Congrats Holly and Patrick, you two know how to have a good time!
